CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Suffolk Water Park will be closed from 5pm today (22.03.2020).

After much thought and discussion today we have decided to close the fishery and shop until further notice. We will reassess this decision next month and keep you all updated.

We value our customers and hard working team of staff, so we want to keep them safe. Although fishing is an outdoor sport the government are advising against non essential travel and we feel that although we love to accommodate you at the fishery we want to reduce the risk of exposure to and spread of the covid 19 virus.

Our staff and customers have families and children and we must all work together at this difficult time to ensure we remain healthy so we can enjoy our fishing again when we reopen after this situation is resolved.

If you have a booking within the next month, we will contact you to ensure you are aware of our closure and we will refund any deposits you may have paid.

Let's do this and stop the spread! Please stay safe and healthy and see you on the other side of this!

Family Fishing Day booked for August!

A brilliant new angling event is coming to Suffolk Water Park on Saturday 25th August. If you've ever wanted to have a go at fishing or know someone who does then this is an event that can't be missed! Everything you need to have a go and catch a fish is provided with the help of friendly Angling Coaches who will show you how! 

Aside from the fishing there will plenty to do for all the family and its set to be a fantastic event and everyone is welcome regardless of age or previous fishing experience.  

Becky Eaks from Suffolk Water Park commented: “It’s going to be a fun fishing taster day that anyone can enjoy with family or friends whilst learning a new hobby within the beautiful surroundings here at the park.”

James Roche, Partnership Development Manager for the Angling Trust added: “Suffolk Water Park is a brilliant venue and the ideal place to give fishing a go.  Everything you need will be provided so simply come along and Get Fishing. The Environment Agency have even generously included a free mass fishing licence to cover the day as we’re expecting a busy event! Please book in advance so we know you’re coming and to enter the £60 prize-draw”.
